Examine the refrigerant lines and the insulation of the refrigerant lines.
Make sure the outdoor unit is level and draining well
Inspect the outdoor unit coil for damage or impediments to airflow and clean accordingly
Inspect the indoor coil for dirt or debris and clean it if necessary
Examine the interior blower motor and blower wheel
Examine the outdoor unit blower.
Examine the condensate lines and or the condensate pump
