Do you want healthy, clean air?

We can’t control the quality of air outdoors, but we can control it in our homes. There are four items that can be installed in your home which will give you the most healthy and fresh air throughout the year.

Filtration

Every furnace has a basic air filter, but to maximize indoor air quality you should consider an Air Cleaner. They range in MERV ratings from 13-16 which captures up to 96% of airborne particles. The most deluxe units also kill viruses like COVID.

Ventilation

Based on EPA studies, air inside your home can be up to 5 times more polluted than the air outside. Airborne particulates like viruses, bacteria, and allergens build up within the home. A Fresh Air Ventilator brings in fresh air and exhausts stale contaminated air.

Dehumidifier

This unit reduces unhealthy and overly humid air in the home. A 40-50% relative humidity will eliminate musty odors and minimize the formation of mold, mildew, viruses, and bacteria.

Humidification

Winter humidity levels in the 35-40% range will eliminate static shock, protect wood furniture and floors and also keep your nasal passages moist.
