“I have been with Official (Crystal Lake Office) since I had my new HVAC system installed approximately four years ago. Their office staff is awesome and always a pleasure to speak with. The sales rep I worked with, Bill Wojtko, when I had my furnace and AC discussed and set up install was very detailed and answered all of my (many) questions. Each year when I have my furnace and AC cleaned checked the service reps are ALWAYS polite, professional and respectful. I even recommended them to my sister and my neighbor and both were extremely pleased with the customer service (and price) that they received. You can’t get any better than this! I highly recommend Official Heating and Cooling…. and trust me as I am very detailed and analytical especially when it comes to replacing and maintaining major components such as HVAC systems. THEY ARE THE BEST!!”

“A great experience with this company. Not only were they professional and did excellent work, but took time to explain all the features of my new furnace and A.C, I was surprised to get a follow up call a number of months later to inspect my furnace at no charge to make sure it was running optimally. The tech who came out, Eddie, was thorough and told us some tips on how to get the best use of our heating. He also went through the cycle of how to set and change the thermostat. I am pleased with the service, the price was competitive and the service people were very professional and courteous.”
